The Forum features talks by handpicked industry experts who will explore critical topics—including exclusive opportunities to engage with those experts. It offers case studies that look at innovative examples of modern strategies implemented by other leaders, as well as multiple opportunities to put these ideas into context via facilitated discussions with your peers.

Identifying Key Challenges
Our Talent Development Leaders Forum kicks off with a dive into the principal challenges faced by HR and L&D professionals today, which include assimilating disruptive technologies, evolving design models, and spearheading change. Through collective dialogue, we’ll scrutinize these challenges and pinpoint specific ones the group is keen to tackle throughout the day.

Dissecting Key Challenges
Engage with your peers in guided discussions scrutinizing one of the key challenges singled out by the group. Together, you’ll dissect your challenge into questions that need answering to shape future action plans.

Strategy in Practice Case Study
Dive into a case study presented by one of your Talent Development Leaders Forum peers. Uncover their challenge, objectives, approach, and outcomes, as well as the insights they garnered through the journey. You’ll also have the chance to pose questions and offer suggestions as the group contemplates alternative solutions and subsequent steps.

Working Session
Persist in collaborating with your peers in guided discussions analyzing one of the key challenges identified by the group, formulating strategies, and crafting solutions.

Examine a case study shared by one of your Talent Development Leaders Forum peers. Learn about their challenge, objectives, approach, and results, as well as the lessons they have amassed through the process. You’ll also get to ask questions and propose suggestions as the group explores alternative solutions and next steps.

Working Session
Review and provide input on other groups’ projects, and then utilize the feedback your group received to further hone your own strategies and solutions.

Afternoon Dessert Break

Final Refinements & Presentation of Action Plans
Individual work groups will put the finishing touches on their action plans and get ready to present them to the larger group. Each group will have the chance to elucidate the thought process behind their strategy and any lessons unearthed during the discussions.
