Exhibitor Registration

All Exhibitor registrations that come with your booth purchase are for EMPLOYEES of the Exhibiting Company. This does not include prospects, clients, special guest presenters, or external contractors. Information on how to have guests of your company register can be found lower down on this page.

How to Register Your Team (Employees) for Learning Solutions 2022

  • Please do NOT register through the event website registration page or through any “attendee” or “attendee expo +” registration links.
  • A separate Exhibitor Registration link will be emailed out to the primary contact from each exhibiting company in MONTH (or DATE). As each exhibiting company has an allotment of badges, we keep exhibitor registration restricted so that each company can control who gets their full conference pass(es) and to maintain the integrity of their company badges.
  • Waivers and vaccine verification will be required pre-show, so badge changes will not be permitted this year.
  • The deadline to submit exhibitor badge requests is DATE. After this date, all registrations must be made on-site and exhibiting staff must come prepared with business ID and original vaccine cards. All onsite registrants must allow significant time to get through this special pandemic registration process. We anticipate long wait times.

IMPORTANT: Summary of How Many Registrations Come with Your Booth

If your company has a 10’x10′ booth space:

Included with your 10’x10′ booth space package, your company will receive one (1) full conference pass for a member of your company’s staff (must be employed by the exhibiting company) to attend conference sessions, and four (4) exhibit booth personnel passes for exhibiting company employees (must be employed by the exhibiting company) for staff to man the booth in the Expo.

If your company would like to purchase additional exhibit booth personnel passes (for their staff only) for $149 each with a maximum of two (2), and if an exhibiting company would like to purchase additional full conference passes (for their staff only) they may do so for $795 each.

If your company has a 10’x20′ booth space:

Included with your 10’x20′ booth space package, your company will receive two (2) full conference passes for members of your company’s staff (must be employed by the exhibiting company) to attend conference sessions, and eight (8) exhibit booth personnel passes for exhibiting company employees (must be employed by the exhibiting company) for staff to man the booth in the Expo.

If your company would like to purchase additional exhibit booth personnel passes (for their staff only) for $149 each with a maximum of four (4), and if an exhibiting company would like to purchase additional full conference passes (for their staff only) they may do so for $795 each.

If your company has a 20’x20′ booth space:

Included with your 20’x20′ booth space package, your company will receive four (4) full conference passes for members of your company’s staff (must be employed by the exhibiting company) to attend conference sessions, and sixteen (16) exhibit booth personnel passes for exhibiting company employees (must be employed by the exhibiting company) for staff to man the booth in the Expo.

If your company would like to purchase additional exhibit booth personnel passes (for their staff only) for $149 each with a maximum of eight (8), and if an exhibiting company would like to purchase additional full conference passes (for their staff only) they may do so for $795 each.

If your company has a 20’x30′ booth space:

Included with your 20’x30′ booth space package, your company will receive six (6) full conference passes for members of your company’s staff (must be employed by the exhibiting company) to attend conference sessions, and twenty-four (24) exhibit booth personnel passes for exhibiting company employees (must be employed by the exhibiting company) for staff to man the booth in the Expo.

If your company would like to purchase additional exhibit booth personnel passes (for their staff only) for $149 each with a maximum of twelve (12), and if an exhibiting company would like to purchase additional full conference passes (for their staff only) they may do so for $795 each.
