At the Learning Leaders Forum you will be able to:

- Explore ways to incorporate those solutions into your learning strategy
The Forum comprises talks by handpicked industry experts who will explore critical topics—including exclusive opportunities to engage with those experts. It features case studies that look at innovative examples of modern learning strategies implemented by other leaders, as well as multiple opportunities to put these ideas into context via facilitated discussions with your peers.

Identifying Key Challenges
Our Learning Leaders Forum begins with an exploration of the key challenges that learning leaders face today, including integrating disruptive technologies, evolving design models, and leading change. Through collaborative discussion, we will examine these challenges and target specific ones the group would like to focus on throughout the day.
9:15a – 10:00a
Breaking Down Key Challenges
Engage with your peers in facilitated discussions examining one of the key challenges identified by the group. Your group will work together to break your challenge into questions that must be answered in order to inform action plans to come.

Strategy in Practice Case Study
Explore a case study shared by one of your Learning Leaders Forum peers. You will learn about their challenge, objectives, approach, and results, as well as the lessons they have learned through the process. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share suggestions as the group explores alternative solutions and next steps.
11:00a – 12:00p
Working Session
Continue to work with your peers in facilitated discussions examining one of the key challenges identified by the group, building strategies, and designing solutions.

Strategy in Practice Case Study
Explore a case study shared by one of your Learning Leaders Forum peers. You will learn about their challenge, objectives, approach, and results, as well as the lessons they have learned through the process. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share suggestions as the group explores alternative solutions and next steps.
1:30p – 2:30p
Working Session
Review and provide feedback on other groups’ projects, and then use the feedback your group received to further refine your own strategies and solutions.
2:30p – 3:00p
Afternoon Dessert Break

Final Edits & Presentation of Action Plans
Individual work groups will finalize their action plans and prepare to share them with the collective group. Each group will have the opportunity to share the rationale behind their strategy and any lessons that were learned during the discussions.
4:00p – 4:30p
Summary Discussion
The Learning Leaders Forum closes with a discussion exploring how to overcome the challenges that inevitably arise when attempting to put a disruptive strategy into practice. We will examine proven practices that you can apply in your work and share resources for continuing the relationships and learning among the group.

Learning Leaders Forum attendees can continue to build their network and engage with experts and peers throughout Learning Solutions in an exclusive executive lounge. We’ll also host lunch in the lounge on Wednesday and Thursday, exclusively for Forum attendees, offering additional dedicated opportunities to continue the conversations with your peers.
