Conference Fees

Your registration includes the entire two-and-a-half-day event, starting Wednesday, April 12, and ending Friday, April 14, session materials, beverage breaks, lunch, and Expo Reception.

Two-day Certificate Programs (Optional)

All optional Certificate Programs will be held on Monday & Tuesday, April 10 & 11, 2023. Your registration includes the entire two-day program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

Pre-Conference Workshops (Optional)

One-Day Certificate Workshop Fees

Learning Leaders Forum (Optional)

This co-located event will be held on Tuesday, April 11, and include the entire program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

Learning Leaders Forum Fees

  • $295.00 USD — For Learning Leaders Alliance members when combined with a Learning Solutions registration
  • $595.00 USD — For Learning Leaders Alliance members only attending the Learning Leaders Forum (do not have a Learning Solutions registration)
  • $695.00 USD — When combined with Learning Solutions registration
  • $995.00 USD — Standard rate

Registration Discounts

The following discounts may apply to your registration fee for Learning Solutions 2023 Conference. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative. You can combine (1) a standard Learning Guild membership discount, (2) one Early discount, (3) one Organizational discount, and (4) a Group discount for substantial savings. (Note: These discounts do not apply to two-day certificate programs, pre-conference workshops, co-located events, or the student rate.)

If you are a Learning Guild member, make sure you are logged in when you register online so our system will calculate your final fee, factoring in your discounts! You can log in at the top of this page.

Early Discounts

  • Best Possible Rate Discount: Save $250 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, December 16, 2022.
  • Super Early Discount: Save $200 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, December 17, 2022, and Friday, January 27, 2023.
  • Early Discount: Save $100 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, January 28, 2023, and Friday, March 3, 2023.

Learning Guild Membership Discount

Organizational Discount

Organizational discounts only apply to your Learning Solutions Conference registration. To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please send an email to service@LearningGuild.com or fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

  • NONPROFIT—$200 discount if you are employed by any nonprofit organization
  • GOVERNMENT—$200 discount if you are employed by any government or military organization
  • ACADEMIC INSTITUTION—$200 discount if you are employed by an accredited academic institution

Student Discount

Current full-time students at any accredited university are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $595. To receive the discounted rate, you MUST validate your registration by providing documentation of your current, full-time, student enrollment status. Please email documentation to service@LearningGuild.com or fax it to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

Group Discount

Groups of three or more from the same organization qualify for a 10% Learning Solutions conference registration discount.

Special Rate for Those Impacted by COVID-19

We understand that many people have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 crisis. We are making a special full-conference rate available on an exception basis to assist those affected by this crisis.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to service@LearningGuild.com or faxed to +1.707.566.8963. Substitutions can be made at any time up to April 7, 2023. Please call +1.707.566.8990 to arrange a substitution.

Conference Ticket

For full conference cancellations received prior to close of business on March 23, 2023:

  • A $150.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.

For full conference cancellations received March 24, 2023, through the end of the event, April 14, 2023:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another show more than once.

Pre-conference Activities:

For workshop and co-located event cancellations received prior to close of business on March 23, 2023:

  • A $50.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.

For workshop and co-located event cancellations received March 24, 2023, through the end of the event, April 14, 2023:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another show more than once.

Face-to-Face Event Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that Learning Solutions is unable to take place as a face-to-face event, it will be conducted as the Expanded Learning Solutions Online Experience. Your registration will be applied to that event (no refunds will be given), with the following additional benefits:

  • You will have access to the expanded Learning Solutions Online Experience, a multi-week online event consisting of over 60 sessions and experiences that will be produced live or recorded, all of which you will also have access to on-demand at your own convenience.
  • You will receive two additional complimentary passes to the Learning Solutions Online Experience to share with your team.
  • You will receive 50% off your conference registration for next year’s Learning Solutions, or any Learning Guild conference in 2023 or 2024 (fully transferable).
  • Your pre-conference workshop registrations (if applicable) will be rolled into next year’s Learning Solutions, or any Learning Guild conference in 2023 or 2024 (fully transferable).

COVID-19 Code of Conduct Policy

The Learning Guild will, along with our partners, prioritize the health and safety of all attendees as we build the Learning Solutions experience. Should it be necessary to put certain protocols in place to enhance the safety of all attendees, these requirements will be communicated on the Learning Solutions website and via email to all registered attendees in advance of the event.

Everyone registering for Learning Solutions does so on their own accord and based on their own personal determination of what they consider safe. With your completed registration you agree to assume all responsibility for your health as it relates to COVID-19 and to indemnify and hold harmless the Learning Guild and Focuszone Media, Inc. for same.

IMPORTANT: Your registration for Learning Solutions 2023 assumes you agree to adhere to any and all requirements we put in place to ensure the safest environment for all attendees. Anyone who refuses to adhere to these requirements will not be permitted to participate in Learning Solutions activities.
