Series: Innovations & Strategies
Large and small companies struggle with the ability to develop, localize and deploy training initiatives in a timely fashion to address organizational needs. Sometimes the larger the organization, the more challenging this process can become with an increased number of stakeholders, broader organizational objectives, and still a limited number of internal resources. This session will highlight how a learning team became leaner but was able to maximize output during 2022 through better processes and strong partnerships.
In this session learn how IHG and Ingenuiti partnered to successfully deploy 100 projects together. Attendees will hear firsthand from Bianca McMurrich (Head of Global Learning Strategy and Effectiveness at IHG) about how her team was able to maximize content output in 2022. Attendees will hear about key lessons learned from developing, translating, and deploying 100 learning projects in one year. Including what worked well and what did not in key areas: stakeholder buy-in, content development, global engagement, translation, and deployment. The session will be presented in a way that provides attendees with best practices that they are able to apply within their own teams and optimize their localized training output and global organizational impact. Adam Eling, VP of Client Services at Ingenuiti will be joining Bianca in this session and will provide insight on how relationships are built on trust and how that trust helps teams move at rapid pace in a more agile workflow.
