712 BYOD: Creating 360° Image Interactions in Storyline 360

2:45 PM - 3:45 PM
Thursday, April 21

Tracks: Development & Tools

Creating interactions that immerse the learner in a realistic virtual interface can be difficult and typically requires a high level of skill and expertise in specific software tools.

In this session, you will learn how the new 360° image feature in Storyline 360 can enhance your courses by allowing you to create more immersive, realistic interactions. You will use the software to build your own interaction in Storyline by inserting and editing a 360° image. You will experiment and explore different options for creating interactivity with a 360° image using markers, hotspots, and triggers to create interactive elements. You will learn to edit the initial view of the image, as well as how to enhance the presentation with additional imagery and video.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How to insert a 360° image
  • How to adjust in the initial view of the image
  • How to create interactivity with markers and hotspots
  • How to edit the properties to adjust how the interaction displays for the learner
  • How to add additional interactivity with triggers
