Nisha Abraham

Nisha Abraham has over 15 years of combined industry, research, and higher education experience. Before joining Engageli, she worked as the assistant director of the Sanger Learning Center at The University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in instructional design, training, and facilitation, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at South University. She received her BS in cell and molecular biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, her MS in biology from Texas A&M University in 2012, and an MA in STEM education from The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.

Nafiza Akter

Nafiza Akter has an EdD in adult learning and leadership from Teachers College Columbia University. She has 13 years of experience working in online course design in higher education, working across academic disciplines on graduate/undergraduate courses, executive education, and non-degree programming. She served as the associate director of instructional design at Teachers College, Columbia University. In 2021, she joined Pfizer’s Global Product Development team as an associate director, training dvelopment lead. Her work involves creating inclusive, innovative, and evidence-based practices in eLearning design.

Vanessa Alzate

Vanessa Alzate is the founder/CEO of Anchored Training. She received a BA in communication & political science from Rutgers University, and an MS in corporate & organizational communication from Northeastern University. For over a decade she has consulted with many mid-large organizations in a variety of industries ranging from pharmaceutical sales to fashion to develop training strategies.

Vicki Anderson
Technical Training Manager

Vicki Anderson specializes in digital literacy, technology integration, distance learning, eLearning, and innovation in teaching and learning. After teaching high school English for many years, Vicki moved to a district position as a K- 12 instructional technology coach. She earned her master of education degree in educational technology from Arizona State University, where she now teaches EdTech courses. Vicki currently works as technical training manager and LMS admin for Netwrix, a cybersecurity solutions company. She is a Google Workspace for Education Certified Trainer, Articulate 360 super user, and an SAP Litmos administrator.
