Tracks: Management & Strategy
Delivering a learning and development program for a large enterprise can be daunting. Many moving pieces make up the overall learning ecosystem, and every enterprise has different priorities for the training team to address. On top of that, the audience size is often large, geographically dispersed, and diverse in terms of needs and interests. Adobe’s Global Talent Development team doesn’t have all of the answers, but we want to share the approaches that have worked for us. Adobe’s Global Talent Development team trains over 22,000 global employees, and our audience is growing quickly!
This session explains how we approach digital learning and demonstrate the platforms, tools, and practical techniques that now support a geographically dispersed and partially remote audience. You’ll learn how Adobe reaches specific audiences (such as new hires and employees transferring to new roles) and how we provide customized technical training to our diverse population. We’ll even discuss our team’s organizational structure and show the data that illustrates the real-life impact of our training outreach and marketing efforts.
In this session, you will learn:
- How to market and distribute content to appropriate learners in an enterprise setting
- How to personalize content so each learner receives knowledge appropriate for their technical and leadership level
- How to create blended learning experiences that are cost-effective and scalable, while being customized to diverse learner needs
- What platforms and tools are useful in supporting enterprise-level learning programs
Power Bi and other data visualization tools, AEM and other intranet platforms, Adobe Captivate Prime and LMSs generally, Slack, Teams, and other collaborative tools, LinkedIn Learning and other on-demand learning platforms
