Tracks: Data & Platforms
With limited budgets and resources, HR & training groups are challenged with how best to address a wide variety of organizational needs that will have the biggest impact on performance. In this session we will explore advanced data analytics and assessment tools available to assist with identifying and prioritizing programs that will have proven results on employee retention and effectiveness. Beginning with diagnosing your organization’s development needs, attendees will have the opportunity to complete an organization development assessment and create a scorecard (prior and during the session) that will provide immediate insights to targeted programs and solutions. We will share case studies and best practices of how other organizations have used this information and celebrated measurable success. Walk away from the session with a clear plan of action and ideas on ways to measure and track results. The assessment evaluates five main organization competency areas.
