Many learning departments and training providers work really hard to create learning programs and performance support to serve organizations. But often they end up with a whole bunch of standalone services that are connected like loose sand. Smart connections between these loose elements could massively improve the effectiveness and value. The concept of a learning and performance support ecosystem could help with that with just a little investment.

In this session you’ll learn how to create a learning and performance support ecosystem. You’ll learn the concepts and building blocks, as well as a step-by-step approach (roadmap) to build one for your own organization or client. Most important: You’ll learn how to benefit from the concept via the ‘easy wins’ that will cost no money but just a little of your effort. You’ll also learn how working on a learning and performance ecosystem will help you working with stakeholders in a ‘trusted advisor’ way that will enrich your professional reputation.

The discussed roadmap will provide you both short- and long-term activities to work on. During the session you will design a first draft ecosystem based on your own situation and supported by the learning and performance ecosystem canvas that you wil receive during the session. The presenters will coach you on that and share many real life examples drawn from their experience.
