Immersive learning is a powerful tool that can help your team achieve learning goals in a meaningful and hands-on way. But within the L&D field, there’s a lot of misunderstanding about what exactly AR/VR can do and how it can be implemented. This can make it challenging to get everyone at your organization—or even just your team—on board with what you need to know to make a successful immersive learning program.
In this session, you’ll explore the steps needed to successfully launch an AR/VR program at your organization, including how to get buy-in and acceptance from various business units. You’ll find out how to create a solid business case for using AR/VR and why. You’ll then learn how to match the AR/VR use case with your business’s core values and ensure that stakeholders understand how this new technology could benefit the organization. You’ll discover strategies for finding appropriate business cases and how to work with an internal team to plan, build, implement, and maintain an AR/VR project.
