EXPOA201 The Future of Industrial Work is Here

10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
Thursday, April 21

Tracks: Micro & Workflow Learning

Series: EXPOA

Today’s industrial workforce is different. It’s rapidly changing, diverse, and dramatically less stable than it used to be. Manufacturing leaders are faced with challenges like shorter tenure rates, workplace unpredictability, and remote work, forcing them to rethink traditional training, guidance, and on-the-job support.

In this session, learn how AI-based workflow learning and connected worker technology are allowing industrial companies of all sizes to deliver effective skills management, training, collaboration, and on-the-job support for today’s more dynamic and more flexible workforce. Hear how companies like Bio-Chem Fluidics improved learning and development by reducing training times of new hires by over 80% (from three months down to two weeks) while also driving continuous improvement across its entire manufacturing operation using Augmentir’s AI-powered connected worker platform.
