Dawn McKendry has been helping Ameris Bank’s employees learn and succeed in their roles for 12 years as a leader on the learning and development team. In her role as the IT learning manager, Dawn is always in search of solutions that meet the needs of the bank and provide learners with experiences and tools in which they find value. Whatfix is one of those solutions. Dawn has led a grass-roots effort to bring Whatfix to Ameris Bank and to provide team members with a better way to learn in the flow of work.
