Fergal Connoly is a learning transfer expert and host of “Learning Transfer Radio” podcast. Fergal believes that learning should lead to action and is passionate about growing others through learning and empowering the learning community to achieve learning transfer. He takes a research-first approach to his work; he immerses himself in the academic literature relating to learning transfer and translates that into actionable methods that elevate employee performance. Fergal holds an MSc in education and BSc in psychology.
