Megan Sheffer taught for five years in Illinois before leaving the classroom to become an instructional technology coach in Arizona. She is now with Netwrix as a senior technical training designer where she helps develop internal and external training housed in the organization’s LMS, “Netwrix University.” She holds a bachelor’s degree is in middle level education, and a master’s degree in educational technology.
