Nicole “Nickey” Rhodes-Muschette is an experienced learning and development specialist with a bachelor’s in business and human resource management, a certification in graphic and web design, and over 15 years of experience in the training and instructional design fields. Her primary focus is on the design, reporting, and management of a learning management system (LMS) that serves 4,500+ users. Her role includes content updates, template creation, and the management and training of users and course instructors. She is responsible for the facilitation of live sessions, as well as eModule design and development to deliver solutions to a broad range of audiences.
